Cross-platform app for appraiser property photos. GPS tracking and photo-metadata checks confirm the appraiser was on site, and orders submit to Mercury with discrepancies flagged.
Java service that updates mortgage document scans with revised data and feeds them into Mercury for review.

Flood-zone determination for mortgage companies. Mapped GIS flood-zone data against properties so lenders could tell whether flood insurance was required.
